COVID-19 vaccines and booster doses are available Monday through Saturday! Please email rx@oswaldspharmacy.com with any additional questions.

Vaccines available as of 2/01/2023*:

Pfizer, Primary Series (3-11 years old)
Pfizer, Bivalent Booster (5-11 years old) 
Pfizer, Bivalent Booster (12+ years old)
Moderna, Bivalent Booster (6+ years old)

*Vaccine eligibility is dependent on age. Please refer to the correct age group to confirm eligibility before making an appointment.

Vaccine Eligibility

FOR CHILDREN UNDER 3 YEARS OLD

Illinois state law prohibits the administration of vaccines for children < 3 years old at the retail level. Please contact your pediatrician to schedule your vaccine.

FOR CHILDREN 3-5 YEARS OLD

OPTION #1: 3-4 YEARS OLD ONLY
PFIZER — 3 primary doses.

  • 1 dose administered 2 months following primary series or last booster regardless of previous vaccine
