Returned merchandise received within 30 days of purchase date with a valid proof of purchase can be refunded, exchanged or credited to your credit card (if purchased on a credit card).

Most DME merchandise is considered non-returnable for hygienic reasons. Please verify at time of purchase if item is returnable.

All CPAP machine and mask purchases require a prescription from your doctor. If you have a prescription, please call us for purchase authorization. No returns allowed for prescribed CPAP products.

All oxygen-related products require a prescription from your doctor. If you have a prescription, please call us for purchase authorization. No returns allowed for prescribed oxygen-related products.

Purchases made with and Oswald’s Pharmacy gift card or other promotional credit can only be refunded as a gift card. No cash or credit can be given in exchange for the item.

Special order returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee.

No returns on gift certificates, post office, lottery purchases or gift cards.

Holiday products returned after the holiday are subject to the promotional price they are currently selling for. All post holiday merchandise is considered at current value on date of return.

Oswald’s Pharmacy reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time and for any reason.

Damaged merchandise may not be returned unless marked and initialed by an employee on the receipt.

Closeout merchandise is non-returnable. Sidewalk Sale merchandise is non-returnable.

Discontinued items are non-returnable.

Prescription drug medications and products are non-returnable.
