A Message From Alex May 2022

I just returned from a trip to Nashville at the end of April. I was visiting with multiple other retail medical equipment store owners to discuss best practices, products, and industry trends. While I haven’t traveled as much these past two years for business, it’s nice to once again venture out and see what’s new!

New Medical Equipment & Supplies

I discovered some wonderful new items for our medical equipment department including a folding lightweight power scooter and a battery-powered hand & wrist massager perfect for achy joints and arthritis! But let’s be honest, medical equipment isn’t always the most exciting part of the store. Great when you need it–but our gift buyer Kathy has been working hard on getting our gifts toys, & games ready for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and the graduation season that is nearly upon us.

Springtime: Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Graduations, & Chickens

Stop by and see our uniquely curated selection for the perfect gift for family and friends this Spring. To celebrate Spring at our house, we just got 6 new baby chickens! No, not to celebrate Easter, to raise and eventually have our own source of ‘backyard eggs’! You can see the picture of my daughter holding a chick just a few days old. My kids have already named all of them: Veggie, Pepper, Bernie, Jolene, Peggy & Plum.

As May brings us warmer temperatures, blooming flowers, and closer to Summer (even if you’re no longer a ‘spring chicken’ yourself), I hope to see you around the pharmacy to ship a package at our post office, pick up your prescriptions, or to browse our gifts, toys & games! Here’s to looking forward to warmer weather and Memorial Day Weekend. ℞
