Oswald’s Pharmacy Return Policy

Retail Returns

  • Most items are refundable with a valid receipt* within 30 days of purchase.
  • All returned products must be like new with the original packaging.
  • Any closeout or discontinued items are non-returnable.
  • Any returns with damaged packaging or missing packaging are non-returnable.
  • Purchases made with an Oswald’s Pharmacy gift card or other promotional credit can only be refunded as store credit. No cash or credit card refunds can be given in exchange for the item.
  • Seasonal greeting cards can be returned before the specific holiday they were printed for, after which they are non-returnable.
  • Seasonal gifts and general merchandise returned are subject to current sale prices. Full refunds will not be given on or after the holiday.
  • No returns or refunds on gift certificates, post office transactions, lottery purchases, or gift cards.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, skin contact, or use.
  • Special-order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned like-new within one week of purchase. Special order items are non-returnable after one week.

Pharmacy Returns

  • Prescription drug medications and products are non-returnable.

Home Medical Equipment Returns

  • All returned products must be like new with the original packaging.
  • Bathroom, compression hosiery, braces, oxygen, and CPAP items are non-returnable. Any items that are used with direct contact to the skin are non-returnable.
  • Most medical equipment products are refundable with a valid receipt* within 30 days of purchase.
  • All mobility items** and lift chairs are subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned like-new, within 1 week of purchase. Pickup charges, if necessary, will be an additional charge.
  • All mobility items** and lift chairs are subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned like-new, between 8-30 days of purchase. Pickup charges, if necessary, will be an additional charge.
  • All mobility items** and lift chairs are non-returnable after 30 days of purchase.
  • Custom and/or special-order mobility items** and lift chairs are subject to a 35% restocking fee if returned like new within one week of purchase. Custom and/or special-order are non-returnable after one week.
  • If a returned item is on sale you will receive the current sale price in store credit.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, skin contact, or use.
  • Any closeout or discontinued items are non-returnable.

*Valid receipts are any receipt on file with Oswald’s Pharmacy

**Mobility items include, but are not limited to, scooters, power chairs, wheelchairs, transport chairs, rollators, and walkers.

Oswald’s Pharmacy reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time and for any reason.
