Naperville’s Best Post Office is at Oswald’s Pharmacy

Did you know that there is an official USPS post office inside Oswald’s? Up until a year or two ago, it was known as one of Naperville’s ‘best-kept secrets.’ It may not be a secret anymore, but our post office still offers the fastest service in the area.

Quick Post Office Visits

The post office at Oswald’s Pharmacy added a second ‘window’ just over a year ago. When we are busy, we can open up our second post office station to help more customers. If you always get stuck in long lines at a regular USPS post office, you need to stop by and save yourself some time!

We can handle every package service a regular post office does including USPS Express, Priority, First Class, Ground, Media, International Express, International Priority, and standard international. Our team members are trained to handle all these packages and any options you would like to add.

From Certified Mail to Extra Insurance, our team members can help you get the service you need when you need it.

If you have prepaid mail items to drop off and don’t need a receipt, you can drop them off at the counter and we’ll get them scanned as soon as we can. Receipts for prepaid mail can be given quickly—whether there is a line of one or five people. If you’re in a hurry, let us know! We’ll open up the second window to scan your prepaid packages and get a receipt.

Additional Services

Have you ever got to the post office and realized you forgot to seal one of your packages? Most USPS post offices will not offer any substantial help (outside of a small piece of Scotch tape). We have packing supplies, tape, markers and more at our post office counter.

Our mailing supplies include dozens of box sizes and envelopes. We carry bubble wrap and paper wrap. Labels, stickers, packaging tape and bold markers (of many different colors) will make sure your package stays together and gets to the right place.

We can look up addresses and zip codes via USPS software and internet mapping apps. If you are unsure of an address, let us know and we’ll make sure the package is headed to the right place before we print the postage.

Mail forwarding forms, return receipts and more can be found at our post office counter. The only services most US post offices offer that we don’t are money wiring and passport services.
