Oswald’s Home Health Equipment Department

Posted on: January 19th, 2016 by Oswald's Pharmacy Team

For 141 years, Naperville residents have known and loved Oswald’s Pharmacy as their local full-service store. From the days on Jefferson Ave. to our new expanded location off of Gartner Rd., Ozzie’s has always been a place for our customers to find exactly what they need and then some.

Today, this is especially true for locals, and all across the Midwest!

And that is largely due to our new and improved Home Health Equipment Department. With approximately 4000 additional square feet filled with walkers, wheelchairs, compression hosiery, lift chairs, and so much more, this space has become the go-to spot for folks searching for quality (and in high quantity) medical equipment.

That said, in order to shed a little more light to some interesting facts about all Oswald’s has to offer, here are 5 “did you know. . .” details that you might find surprising (and helpful!) about our Home Health Equipment Department.

Did you know . . .

1. We’re able to do custom fittings and measuring for compression garments every day.

2. We rent out medical equipment! From hospital beds and wheelchairs to ramps and knee walkers, we have a wide selection of medical equipment to choose from when you’re needing to rent for a period of time.

3. Our selection of scooters and lift chairs is one of the biggest in the country. Test drive to find the perfect ride and test “sit” to find the perfect fit all in one day!

4. Oswald’s staff is stacked with expertise and knowledge. We have an in-house registered nurse, experts in bathroom safety, hosiery, scooters, etc., all to help you with your medical equipment, mobility, and health needs.

5. We’re open 7 days a week! Whichever day is convenient for you, will always be convenient for us.

Be sure to stop in and see the space for yourself!
