Product Description

First Booster Eligibility

**We DO NOT carry booster doses for the 12-17 years old age group as they are only eligible for the Adult Pfizer Vaccine.**

 

Walk-in Vaccine appointments are available 7 days a week.

APPOINTMENT PROTOCOLS

To ensure the best experience for you and others, please agree to the following prior to scheduling:

  • Monday-Friday Walk-in appointments 10 AM – 7 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday Walk-in appointments 11 AM – 5 PM
  • Masks are required if receiving the primary series. Masks are optional for booster dose appointments.
  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. There is a 5-minute grace period before your appointment will be canceled.
  • Please bring your Proof of Vaccination Card 
  • Please bring your Driver’s License/State ID/Passport
  • Please bring your insurance card – 
    • For patients with commercial insurance or Medicaid, please bring your prescription benefit insurance card
  • You will be asked to remain in the store after receiving the vaccine for 15-30 minutes, as required by the CDC guidelines.

For children ages 5 to < 11 years old: 

The child is eligible for the Pediatric Pfizer booster if he/she/they have completed the primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine and satisfy the following:

It has been at least 5 months since he/she/they completed 2 doses of the Pediatric Pfizer Vaccine,

For adults at least 18 years of age:

You are eligible for the first booster dose If you have completed your primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine and first booster dose and satisfy one of the following:

It has been at least 5 months since I completed 2 doses of the Moderna Vaccine,
It has been at least 5 months since I completed 2 doses of the Pfizer Vaccine
It has been at least 2 months since I completed 1 dose of the Janssen Vaccine

Second Booster Eligibility

For patients who are NOT moderately or severely immunocompromised AND are under the age of 50: 

A second booster dose is not recommended at the moment.

For patients who are moderately or severely immunocompromised and/or are over the age of 50

You are eligible for the second Moderna booster if you have completed your primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine and satisfy the following:

It has been at least 4 months since you completed the first booster dose of the Moderna, Pfizer, or J&J Vaccine
You’re over the age of 18

If no appointments are available on the calendar, we’re either fully booked or have no vaccine. This is the ONLY way to sign up for a dose. Please do not call the pharmacy. Only one person per 15-minute booking.

Dosage will be administered in our pharmacy. Masks are required.

You can determine if your insurance card has the information for prescription benefits on it if you see “RxBin” or “BIN” somewhere on it. If your insurance card does not have that information on it, you may have a separate card specifically for your prescription benefits.
  • For patients on Medicare or Medicare Advantage (not commercial insurance or Medicaid) Please bring the card with your Medicare Part B information (the red, white and blue card)
  • For uninsured patients: Please bring your driver’s license and/or state ID.
  • After your dose is given, you will be asked to remain seated in our post-vaccine waiting area for 15-30 minutes, as required by the CDC guidelines.
