First Booster Eligibility
**We DO NOT carry booster doses for the 12-17 years old age group as they are only eligible for the Adult Pfizer Vaccine.**
APPOINTMENT PROTOCOLS
To ensure the best experience for you and others, please agree to the following prior to scheduling:
For children ages 5 to < 11 years old:
The child is eligible for the Pediatric Pfizer booster if he/she/they have completed the primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine and satisfy the following:
It has been at least 5 months since he/she/they completed 2 doses of the Pediatric Pfizer Vaccine, |
For adults at least 18 years of age:
You are eligible for the first booster dose If you have completed your primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine and first booster dose and satisfy one of the following:
It has been at least 5 months since I completed 2 doses of the Moderna Vaccine, |
It has been at least 5 months since I completed 2 doses of the Pfizer Vaccine |
It has been at least 2 months since I completed 1 dose of the Janssen Vaccine |
Second Booster Eligibility
For patients who are NOT moderately or severely immunocompromised AND are under the age of 50:
A second booster dose is not recommended at the moment.
For patients who are moderately or severely immunocompromised and/or are over the age of 50:

You are eligible for the second Moderna booster if you have completed your primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine and satisfy the following:
It has been at least 4 months since you completed the first booster dose of the Moderna, Pfizer, or J&J Vaccine |
You’re over the age of 18 |
If no appointments are available on the calendar, we’re either fully booked or have no vaccine. This is the ONLY way to sign up for a dose. Please do not call the pharmacy. Only one person per 15-minute booking.
Dosage will be administered in our pharmacy. Masks are required.
